Then the Anderson Center’s Sweet Idea program is perfect for you! Swing by the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in HBB 418 to share your sweet idea (it takes less than one minute). Afterwards, we’ll give you a voucher to the UT Creamery.
About the UT Creamery
The UT Creamery is an ice cream shop on the edge of campus that provides students with an experiential learning opportunity at the highest level. It’s a campus partnership between the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, the Rocky Top Institute of Retail and the Herbert College of Agriculture Department of Food Science. The UT Creamery operates six days a week for 8.5 hours each day, staffed exclusively by UT students who rotate shifts to accommodate their class schedules.
