Biography

Nancy Scott is the leadership development programs director for the Graduate and Executive Education programs, including Executive Education, Healthcare, Leadership & Strategy and Physician Executive MBA, where she designs and heads the leadership development assessments and programming. She has more than a decade of experience in leadership development for working professionals. Scott is a certified facilitator in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, the Strengths Deployment Inventory and the Hogan Assessments.

Executive MBA

As Leadership Development & Coaching Programs Director, Nancy Scott helps leaders build the personal leadership, interpersonal, and team performance skills needed to navigate organizational change and drive lasting growth.

Drawing on her background in industrial-organizational psychology, Scott oversees each student’s personalized development experience, from executive assessment to ongoing coaching. Her approach blends hands-on exercises, high-fidelity simulations, and personal reflection to guide students toward intentional action. She especially enjoys teaching executive students because their depth of experience creates a two-way exchange that allows faculty and students to learn and grow together. Students graduate equipped to lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations through complexity and change.
