Biography

Donna Collier serves as program and administrative specialist in the Office of Access and Community Connections. She has worked for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, for more than 20 years, including positions in the Bursar’s Office and the Construction Industry Research & Policy Center. She has been with the Office of Access and Community Connections since 2017. Her expertise includes business writing, human resources, records management and project management. Born in Knoxville, Collier earned her CPS in 2000.
